i have done a survey with some of my friends that have nokia n900 and since they heard about nokia releaasing meego for new phones and not for the n900 they are not gonna buy a nokia phone untill they stop makin people confused i mean apple iphone is only good because it just has same os because of that same os they have million apps but nokia are **** they make symbian now finish that and maemo5 just out for few months and its already out of buisness when meego doesnt release for it. what am tryin to say is nokia are just lost in smartphones just stay with the S40 nice and simple what do you think
nokia will lose out in phone industries if they keep changing

probably but if nokia dont make meego for n900 am sellin my n900 cos i wont have applications only a few

bit silly survey dont u think?

think about this, say nokia release a n950 with very fast cpu and 1gb ram and could do everything n900 can do but fast and slimmer and had loads of apps in ovi store and didnt have known bugs found in n900.

now i'd buy it and i think most people who was shown the phone would be interested.

afterall its a Nokia.

First thigs first...there is not official document stating that meego wont run on the N900...and all this ranting and raving about Meego...why meego will succede is because u have the same OS on ARM processors and also on X86...and if u take a look at history by diversifying risks across products a company is far tolerable to risks...thats why nokia is still market leader as not everyone can afford an Apple iPhone...s40, s60, maemo, meego...its just good business for nokia...i'm sure you really dont understand business descisions...hence the complaining...

This is incorrect.

You'll still have the vast majority of apps written for either system.

Meego can't sell or be sold because it will probably be free. Anyway, ever heard of punctuation? Makes reading easier.
