Hi,

I accidently changed the .images map (the map where all images are stored) through windows to be hidden,
and I cannot find the map anymore. Does anyone know how I can fix this? before i start to flash things allover?

did you just add a . to the front of it? or how did you do it? can you not just undo it it via scp or directly on the device as root? (Sorry my linux skillset isn't that great!)

Can you not see it when connected in mass storage mode? Do you have explorer set to show hidden files/folders?

I did it through windows explorer. When i wass in the mass storage mode. I checked 'hidden" in the map properties, because i wanted to see the files that conme with the images-set for the background.
I have 0 linux skill;-) When i go to the N900 through mass storage mode the .images map is gone and in the properties there is no option to show hidden maps/files

Wait founded. I had to press F10 then folder options and check "show hidden files/maps. And then uncheck .images as a hidden map.

Thanks for the effort.
