I've got the program up and running, but no connection to my PC. My PC's bluetooth is up and running, broadcasting its info, I can do btxfer etc. I can't, however, figure out how to connect so that the soft-hid keyboard thing will work??? This will be really awesome and incredibly helpful to me if I can get it working...

thanks in advance.

(btw im on 770, and i saw anothe rpost or two where people also don't know how to do this, so I think it would be helpful for the whole community if this were documented a little more)

Well I figured this out finally. I used the btpair from commandline, although I wish that this where built into the bt plugin better so I could do this through gui instead of commandline.

For everyone else out there, open up xterm, sudo to root, then run
btpair -s 11.22.33.44... (whatever the bluetooth address of your pc is)
type in a pin on the 770, confirm the pin on your pc, and you're paired.

Now on the PC I'm having problems. I am paired so I can browse to the 770 (i'm using the btsync software that came with my Macally usb-bluetooth thing). While I'm browsed to the 770, I click the button discover services. None are discovered. So then when you run the xkbd bt thing, you can do discover services, and it finds collin's fake keyboard. So I double click that to active the human interface device, and for about 1.592 seconds it looks like its trying to pair/connect to it, then it stops. No error message or anything and no logs I can find (sent an email to manufacturer to find log files to see whats up), but it looks like it just doesn't end up connecting.

Any ideas on how to get this thing to work?!
