There are two questions that I have to do about SIP connections:

1- I don't know why, but after some time of inactivity my SIP extension come not available. Anyone that try to call me get busy signal.

2- There is no 'transfer' button on SIP calls? How to transfer a call in these cases?

you cant transfer sip calls.

in order to keep connected to the sip server, send more invites (like every 30 secs) or configure your modem to allow an incoming signal to your phone.

Have you altered the 'keep alive' setting in the advanced area of the SIP settings? You can reduce this if you set to 'options', worth a try.

I've tried everything.

I try to keep alive 30 seconds, with auto, register, options, etc.

After a hole time, I can't receive calls because my extension responds as busy.
