I just got the N900 and I'm searchin for a manual (apart from the tiny that followed) but haven't found so far.

What I'm stuck with is how to change language for a sms? I'm answering smses in different languages, but I cannot see how I can change the language when writing an sms. I mean f.ex if I need to answer in Greek, how do I change? Currently all I get is suggestions based on an English dictionary even if I'm really typing in a Scandinavian language.
