I get whte screen on switching on the device.... then the 4 loading balls comes and it goes bak off.. Unable to even charge the phone. It was working perfectly fine till today afternoon. I switched it off and changed the sim and then again switched it on, but then nothing.I took the sim and the mem card out but still no use.Any comments

Need help.... I use windows 7 32-bit, tried reflashing the device but no response from cmd

Can you post exactly what you've typed in, and exactly what the output was.

EDIT: Oh, and is your battery well charged?

Have you made any changes to the device that may have caused this? Installed something, deleted something, changed configuration? Do you get a charging light when connected to mains? Can you see the device if connected to a computer via USB?

Sorry to just throw a bunch of questions at you but the answers will help you work out if you need to reflash or just have it replaced/repaired under warranty.

No i don't get the led even wen it is connected to the mains.. No i didn't do anything. Kept it plugged in my laptop for charging and after that tried changing the sim thats wen this mishap happened
