Iam not happy about that Hype becouse for me its looking like Meego will be primary developed for this Device and no more for the N900. There just was a code drop for the aviable N900 but a Image for the Moorstone Intel based Device.

I put all my hope into Meego to save the N900 for me, so that i can use it still after the Nokia decides to let Maemo die hard. I just wish that we see one day a full functional Meego for the N900 too.

Well, I'm interested.

Don't get me wrong. I like my N900, mainly because it is the best open, (mostly open, anyway), Linux-based, hackable phone/computer on the market today.

However, I'm eager to see how it all could be further improved. More openness (less proprietary software equals more hack-ability and changeability) is always welcomed. Better hardware (longer battery life, faster, more capabilities, sensors, multi-touch, magnetometer, etc) is also very much appreciated.

I'm not saying Aava, N9, or any of those phones have it all, but I appreciate any effort of improving the current state of the art FOSS phone/tablet/devices support.

meego impresses me more and more everytime I see it.

I buy something like this if the screen size was bigger. after messing around with and htc hd2 I can't go back to 3.5 inches.
