my idiot friend held my phone and then dropped it.
there is now a noticeable chip near the kick stand.

No Idea, when I originally bought the device I manage to break the USB Port, requested an exchange from Nokia, they sent me a Brand new sealed box device(this one) and my old Battery and Battery door back for some reason. The battery has since been lost but I kept my original door on the new device just to keep the new one around just incase.

There was somewhere in Norway I think to buy them but with exchange and shipping they came out at about $50
