This morning my N900 has automatically rebooted and, when i switched it back on, all of my personalised backgrounds have gone. Although all the widgets and apps are still there, on the main desktop it has completely empty appart from the 'Getting Started' app.

Has anyone got any ideas? I'm little more than an end user, but i am able to follow instructions!

Cheers.

*EDIT*
On further inspection, I'm also unable to access the conversations app and when i tried the web shortcut i got 'A script on this page has been stopped due to a low memory condition'.

I think it's a memory issue though. I've done df -h in xterm but i'm not overly sure what it is i'm looking at!

Can anyone tell me how to free up some root memory or what to delete to do it?

Lesson 1, dont use Dev unless you know how to restore your phone and are willing to.

Reformat your phone then follow lesson 1.
