Hi,
I have a strange problem. When i start to instal some programs, it display's me"packages missing" or something like that. For example i started to install advanced monitor power, and it dipslays me the same... the tablet is new, im his first owner, and i dont know what could be the problem... if someone has solution for this problem, please write me.

Well, it would help to know which packages are missing. My understanding is that you shouldn't get that message with programs found in the Extras repository. I see that Advanced Power Monitor is in the maemo.org Downloads section, so it also ought to have all the dependencies.

We're supposed to be cautious about telling you about this, but you may find your missing packages in another repository; you can find out by looking here:

If they're only in "developer's" ("Devel") or Hacker's repositories, you probably ought to stay clear if you don't know what you're doing. More cautious people on this board will tell you not to install any repositories outside of Extras for Diablo.

If you have the proper repositories installed and active, when you do an install, the packages ought to be found and installed automatically. I suggest at least that you disable the more unusual repositories once you've completed the specific installation in which you're interested.

Also, unless you're pretty advanced, you probably don't really want Advanced Power Monitor.
