Hi

I have issue with my N900 that it's not recognize the headphone comes with the box i tried all the ways to solve it with no luck , Restarted my N900 with / without the jack , I removed the battery .... still the issue remaining .

Please help me to solve this issue .

Hi, I think your headphone is damaged.

Same thing happened to me, well, not at first, but after a bit of using.
I had to buy another one...

For now, try turning it a bit... At some point the device may recognize it...

@alayham.... Dude I also get this problem and i search alot of solutions for it but at the end i decide to Convert my Original N900 Headphones into Normal headphone. Now my headphones works on my N900 n also on my Laptop. But MIC is not working. Here is the DIY Link
