The n900 has good all round general audio quality (eg playing music through its speakers), but the sound of any caller is pretty poor. It isnt that stable with a medium signal (eg when the mobile is indoors, voices can fade in and out or be low in volume-usually both). even with the best/a good reception (when outside), call quality can be pretty average on occassion, so im wondering if there is anything I can do to improve it-via either applications or a change in settings? I have tested two n900s to date, and on two seperate networks in the uk. both phones had the same issues. my previous sony k800 and £10 bt mobile beat this hands down in quality. thanks for any help on how to improve call sound. I know the n900 isnt strictly a mobile (I use mine mainly just for the net, txt messages, mp3s and video whilst travelling), and calling may not be what it excels in, but any suggestions would be great. thanks
