I've installed Easy Debian which has an "Open Office" icon. That's great, but I pretty much only use Calc, and the icon opens to Writer, which I must then close, to open Calc.

How can I get the icon to open Calc?

I'm not entirely sure as I don't use Easy Debian, but the command-line method to open Calc is "oocalc", so you might be able to make a shortcut to that.
