That's sounds very usefull! Is that used apt-get upgrade _name of app with new version available_ or just apt-get upgrade to install all new versions?
apt-get upgrade

I have a very quick question.
Exactly what does apt-get update do?
I know apt-get install installs named program, and apt-get remove deinstalls it. But does update mean I update all my apps or just the repos?
Thanks
