Yeah I have this problem too.

I also have Dr Launch installed but remember the icons turning after installation so that can't have caused it.

I have un-installed recently added stuff (Fast App Manager, Panucci, DropN900) and turning now it works ok.

So I reinstalled one by one and... it still works ok!

Will post again when (if) I found out anything else.

Perhaps you've the well known bug. To test it use the eyes widget and see if they are stuck on one place. To fix it turn off the phone (read: turn it off and on. Do NOT just 'reboot'. It needs to be turned off first). If it isn't fixed, repeat until the eyes widget starts moving again.

when i have this problem, turn it off, remove the battery, put it back in and turn on. job done. only happens occasionally, on all firmware versions too.
