after a few seconds, my voice calls are put on hold. I have to re-activate the call manually via the drop-down menu.

I don't recall this happening prior to installing (and not configuring, then successfully uninstalling) the Conference Manager application.

a reboot will temporarily solve the problem, maybe not always though.

and now my mic goes silent, the other caller doesn't ever hear a thing.

I have had this happen to me, but not always, and only when Google Voice forwards my SIP and TMobile number simultaneously. In fact it's only happened to me a couple of times in 6 months.

Is there anything else that's going on that would give us some more clues?

I too am having the identical problem, how did yours get solved please??

who says it's solved? it isn't. I'll try to find more clues..

Had the same issue,

Have you installed VICAR>? I just removed it, and everthing is back to normal..

i think we have to report this as a bug.. no time to check wheathr its there r nt.. temp solution.. removal of vicar..
It is working fine again aftr fresh installation of vicar..
I think this happens only if we get back vicar from back up..
