bit of a newbie question sorry...but can i stop the screen from dimming as controlled by the sensor? i like it bright all the time when in use..

Go to display settings and disable power saving mode.

At least, that's what appears to work for me.

try simple brightness widget also

thought i had already done that! maybe 1.2 put it back on lol cheers
