I am unable to flash EMMC on N900, it always comes with this error.

Although my Nokia N900 not displaying N900 under filer manager.

Please supply more infomation if you what people to help.

What Windows version are you using: XP, Vista or 7?
Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Have you installed PCSuite?
Has your phone ever before shown in Windows Explorer?
Can you see it in the Device Manager?
Can you see it in the Disc Mangement, does it have a valid Drive letter?

I am using Windows 7 32BIT, PC SUITE is Installed on my system. Earlier my phone was working fine and also displaying both the drives in my computer. It just happened 3 days ago while I was updating my device through Nokia online updater and PC restarted in the middle due to some electrical break down while updating my devices. I have done many N900 through maemo flasher without any problem but this one is always give error while flashing the vanilla. Although the phone is ON and working but not displaying the 32GB drive in phone's file manager though.

You must flash the FIASCO image before flashing the eMMC.

Windows 7 has caused problems for others, but as it has worked in the past for you it should work again.

Does your PC make the USB correction sound when the phone gets plugged in and another sound when you unplug it. If not reinstall PCSuite.

You could try taking the battery out for a few seconds, then reinsert it, with out switching it on hold down the U key and plug in the usb cable. Does the USB symbol appear on the screen, if it does run the flasher with (as ToJa92 said) the FIASCIO image first then the eMMC without switching it on inbetween the two flashes. Backup your data first.
