In my experience, this happens often when using POP3 access, and the account is locked due to another client accessing it. Either that, or the server has become twitchy. Either way, you could just wait it out (the problem will more than likely just go away), or switch to using IMAP(S) access on all clients.
Of course, I may be wrong, but now I use IMAPS on all clients and never have a problem like this any more.

nokia messaging goes down every so often and that tends to be the error returned. try again in a few hours hopefully it sorts itself out.

i put password in, i know 100% its correct and the same as passwrod for email online but it wont accept it and keeps asking, any advice in what i can do?
