Would there be somthing like kX driver for using with the N900?

I mean somthing that would let me program the audio DSP, applying filters and stuff to recorded sound (like making a hardware voice modifier) as well as the sound emitted by programs (like adding a bass enhancer) , and things like rerouting the inputs etc, using a graphical interface?
