After research I can answer my own question now...
I have installed "Shortcut Maker" and created a shortcut which executes the delete command... but I have another question:
How can I make this shortcut/delete command run whenever a certain application was closed?

In fact the problem is solved without doing something. The program (PhoneStreamer) deletes the sdp-File when the program has been closed, I did not know this...
To calm your curiousity: I wrote a little script for Windows, which detects the sdp-File. If it exists VLC-MediaPlayer will be started and automatically plays the stream and if the file does not exists (=deleted) VLC will be closed.

I want to delete a certain file in "MyDocs" (for example "blabla.txt") by clicking on a desktop shortcut. Until now I have to do it via xterm ("rm blabla.txt") which is pretty inefficient.
How can I realize this?
