Hey All,

Wondering if anyone have had issue with their Bluetooth headset disconnecting randomly.

I have Plantronics VoyagePro headset paired to my N900. Sometimes when I am on conference calls, the headset gets disconnected randomly and audio is switched back to my handset.

Restarting just the headset connects it to the phone and audio gets routed to the headset again.

Is there some kind of inactivity timer built-into the firmware that could be disconnecting the headset after some time?

Anyone else has the same issue

You doing wlan at the same time, or being in an area with very much wlan?

I don't get any disconnects, but lots of sound dropouts in wlan hotspot areas. Lots of fights for the same frequencies.

Sounds like you are using old firmware. try to upgrade to PR 1.1 or PR1.2 (latest).

I have the same problem with bluetooth prior PR 1.1

I already have the latest firmware (1.2) and all packages up to date. Software version cant be a problem here.

I do have Wlan enabled pretty much all the time when I am using my headset and also have bunch of Wlan networks around my appt bldg.
