Hi, whenever i try to use the virtual keyboard it now comes up with the traditional numeric pad of a conventional phone. how do i get it back to the normal full alphabet keyboard? the text input in settings has virtual keyboard ticked.

did you installed the third party custom T9 keyboard replacement? If you do then get rid of it then VK will return like it used to.

many thanks. it was the portrait keyboard that i had installed. i thought that would have only worked when it was in portrait mode, or you could have swapped in settings. oh well. cheers again.
