Kishan, thanks for your interest.

1. This is a 8 GB version

2. I'm not sure if you need to pay an extra sum of import duty if the phone comes in a full retail packing. The shipping cost by Royal mail Air sure is about £20. (The other option would be sending you the phone and chargers, cables separately but I have not tried, it's up to you.)

3. The phone is not unlocked, but I could have it unlocked in T-mobile UK before I sent the phone to you without extra cost. But I will need to charge the phone with enough battery to do the unlock.

4. Honestly I prefer buyers in London so that they could check the phone before purchase. And this avoids the problem of VAT or import duty. I am happy to do the deal but I have to make sure you are clear about the uncertainty about import duties.

Hope it's clear and helpful.

Cheers

Very clear...

About the duty, maybe you can send me it in two separate packages, but if i have to pay import duty, it doesn't matters (kind of)...About the unlock, and to take advantage of it to open it and check it's all ok, i would ask you to unlock it, but before closing the deal, I'm not sure if there are two versions of this phone about network compatibility....your version is with UMTS HSDPA 850, 1900, 2100? or UMTS HSDPA 900, 1900, 2100?

Cheers!

kishan, I've checked the phone is a Quad-band as you see from the spec in this page:

http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/shop/pay-m...sung-galaxy-s/

Quad-band essentially means:

GSM&EDGE Band 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G Band 900 / 1900 / 2100

Here's another page for your reference:

http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/m...=specification

As for the unlock, they would do it for £15. Do you wish to go forward?
