After updating to 1.3 it appears my home directory is completely full according to the app manager and Conky (which shows 56MB free out of 2gig).
I'm assuming home is /home/opt?
Nokia-N900-51-1:~# du -h -d 1 /home
16.0k /home/lost+found
8.0k /home/.apt-archive-cache
18.7M /home/home
1.2G /home/opt
11.9G /home/user
13.1G /home
Theres around 600 Mb unaccounted somewhere if it is?

You'd need to unmount it first, which is tricky, and it probably wouldn't help anyway. Use either the StorageUsage app, or "du -hsx" to drill down to find which directory is taking up all the space.
