I can't seem to understand Nokia's thinking when I see applications that are advertised but not yet available for use,such as the page scanner.I was also disappointed to find the European model N900 only has 5 mgp camera vs the USA one as advertised as 10 mgp.

It's called Front View 900, and is available in the repository.

That would be untrue.

Classic example of arbitrary Nokia decision making. Couldn't just fallback to the no brainer of tagging with lat/lon if network isn't accessible, could you Nokia?

I visited the N900 page for USA and the camera is 5mpx

Maybe he confuse with N9 or N8
