hi, I have my N900 for last 3 months which was working fine but when i upgraded my firmware to PR 1.3 after 2 days its not able to receive GSM signals at all but 3G works perfectly fine, I tried reflasing the with Nokia software Updater also with Flasher 3.5 but still there no solution. When I select GSM only mode, it does not work also Infrared does not work when I use remote control app

2 months ago I had overclocked it to 850 Mhz but then i decided to change its kernel back to original settings before upgrading the firmware to PR 1.3

Did you flash both eMMC and firmware?

It's worth trying before writing it off as a hardware fault.

backup and transfer to a pc before flashing eMMC as it will erase your home partition which includes MyDocs which is your N900 folder in file manager.

follow the updating wiki, its the same command without the -R, this stops the device booting, you then run the next command to flash the eMMC and boot the device.
