Hi Friends

This is my first post in this forum. I am am proud owner of N770 and when i was checking for available accessories i found screen protector as one. I have a couple of questions regarding this.

1. Is this really needed? I believe the plastic cover in the tablet itself is enough to protect the screen from scratches.

2. If i use this will the sensitivity of the screen be reduced?

People usually discover that a screen protector is needed about five seconds after they made an irrepairable gauge in their screen.

The plastic cover is not meant to be a screen protector: It scratches very easily under stylus use and will make the screen hard to read in a relatively short period. It's okay if you only use your fingers though.

I have experienced no loss of sensitivity at all on my N800. The screen protector has been on it for five months now (it was actually the first thing I bought after my N800, mainly because it doesn't have the 770's case). My protector is still scratchless.
