Are you using the emmc flasher/vanilla for pr 1.3 and flashing PR 1.3?

What happens when you do a fresh install on firmware without flashing/wiping emmc?

Just: RX-51_2009SE_20.2010.36-2_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin ??

Could be that you emmc is dying.
What I would do is reformat which you are, but with a custom emmc image..

http://www.mediafire.com/?j6srnaxwr3notaf

This is 5GB for /opt
24 GB for MyDocs

Its the same as the vanilla emmc you were flashing except rather than having 2GB or opt (applications get installed here) you have 5GB.

I could be wrong. It won't hurt your phone. This is just what I would do.

No no!
THIS FILE FIRST!
It erases the flash! THEN firmware
