ive got the latest firmware update , and my issue is in filemanager (or anything else when i open a file) my internal mem card has no tital visible , and my removable says " (2) " ..... how can i make it go back to saying internal and removable like its supposed to be??

plug device into pc via usb then reformat or rename in windows.

Memory cards can be renamed and formatted from the File Manager application menu. Start File Manager then click the Menu button and choose Memory Card -> Internal or External -> Format... or Rename...
