installed several new bits yesterday and now have a problem with my predictive text in that the word it brings up is blanked by a blue box so i cant read it?!
wondering if anyone knows which program may be the culprit? i can do a list of what's installed if someone tells me how

Seems like background and font have the same colour..
Did you try with a different theme?
Did it work before with this theme?

thats sorted it thanks looks like i got a bit carried away with theme customizer lol!
