i hope that those two bars under wifi signals can be seen easily .
i dont remember what's the name of it but after using it for like two weeks what i have realized that the bar on the left shows the ram usage but not sure .
and my question is what do the second bar show ?

It's called cpumem-applet.

Left-hand bar = CPU usage. Right-hand = Memory

ammmmm but what kinda memory ?
and i have noticed another thing that when the memory bar was showing one cube my phone was perfect and when it increased to two cubes i have found my cell acting as if it is under some load .
can you tell me which memor it is ?
so i can remove unwanted memory .

It measures RAM (the volatile type), as opposed to the permanent storage memory (the non-volatile type).

AFAIK it shows the used memory as a percentage of the total memory (RAM + swap).
