I don't know if this is because of the installed enhanced kernel but when I try to load any pre-configured template like the "ideal" template, I get this message in Xterminal:

"user is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported."

This happens after I type in "sudo gainroot" and then "sudo kernel-config load ideal"

Any ideas fellows?

Thanks!

After "sudo gainroot" there's no need to use sudo, just use "kernel-config load ideal"
