I'm having a problem starting my device because it stays at loadscreen forever. I decided to reflash it but windows won't recognize it as a device and I'm not really sure what I can do. Anyone have any ideas?

That's what i tried. When I try executing the exe with the selected bin it says - Suitible usb device not found, waiting..

Turned out I was using x64 and that caused the problem. Tried it on linux and it worked. Thanks for the help.
