The command is:
apt-get install --reinstall hildon-theme-alpha (a "-" between theme and alpha)

use apt-get install if u remove via apt-get remove but if u remove manually apt-get install --reinstall

uninstall theme one and reboot,
but in ur case alpha the got prom, usually while u using theme except hildon-theme it will revert to hildon-theme-alpha
I removed default theme in /usr/share/themes
So if some one can send them to me, it would be nice
