I don't have that "error", im using custom brightness "simple" of course

If you change led patterns too often you will get an error (mce respawning too fast ... ) . Just open led patterns and press save fast , 2-3 times and you will get that error .

Anyone please ? I don't want to reflash it . 
By the way , I am using Custom Brightness and no light sensor mod but I don't think there's any problem at MCE , because I restored the mce.ini file to original and nothing was solved . Any solutions ?
