EXPANSYS - has to be the worst company I have dealt with in a long time.

I remember when I first started dealing with them (I think when they were based up North and before Peter Jones etc got involved) they were decent to deal with.

Now it seems they have grown so large they are another of those Profits before Customers organisations.

They are now so big that customer service agents can only contact certain departments via email and 72 hours later I am still waiting for them to even action a refund to me.

I will never buy from them again, in fact, I would prefer to buy from Ebay.

I've seen this happen to alot of companies after immense growth or investment.

Expansys, seem alot like Talk Talk in the way they treat their customers.
