Hello,

The Storage Usage application reports RootFS with 33.6mb free (I´ve seen it go lower than that).

However when trying to install any upgrades to software in Application Manager it tells me that RootFS is full. (ranging from 1mb updates and up)

Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

Are you sure it's rootfs that it's reporting as full, and not /opt?

Specifically, check the size of /var/cache/apt (which is mounted from opt); you can delete old packages under /var/cache/apt/archives if you're lacking room for downloads.
