Well, I got the damn thing back today (via the US Mail) and nothing was repaired after spending $12.00 dollars to ship it back to them. Nokia sights the following reasons for not repairing it and that sent me into orbit. First, they said the unit was out of warranty (and its new). Second, that it has been abused (not @ $400.00) and I just got it. I find the their last comment funny, because I never removed the original screen protector and ordered one (1) from Berlin, Germany that I have not installed yet. I have have kept this thing in a sock and there are no marks to be found on it anywhere, so I cannot understand their logic. Has anyone had a similar problem with the Nokia Service Center? I told their rep. that I will not go away even if it means taking them to Small Claims Court to recover my lost. Companies have developed the all sales are final mindset, and the hell with the customer...and that is killing us. What ever happened to workmanship and pride we once had in the products and services we sell and market in the United States?
Thank you,
Zorro
