Just got my N800 today and not off to a good start. I have played for hours trying to get an internet connection through my wireless router with no luck. The router has no encryption or security enabled. My laptop works perfectly through the router. Tried many different connection setups, every time I scan I get "no connection available". Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check your router's on a channel visible to the 800 as it might not see channels above 11. Apart from that, make sure you use WPA or better encryption/security in future. You know it makes sense...

I now have it working thanks to other searches found on this great site. For any of those that have the Dlink DIR-655 router, until Nokia fixes this glitch, you must have the router settings on 802.11g only for the N800 to recognize.
