Hi,

I usually listen alot internetradion on my nokia n900. Now the problem is that internetradio keeps turning off when I´m not using the phone, like, I´m doing something else and the phone is next to me with internetradio on. When I´m using the phone, like doing anything with it and the internetradio is on then there is no problem, the radio is streaming all the time.
I should tell you that the radio turns off like 20-30 sec after a last touched it, sometimes it reconnect to the same radiostation but most off the times I need to manually press "play" button again for radio to play again.

I also had this problem.

It seems like the stock internet radio player has a problem in that when it most begin buffering while playing, it turns off.

This was a problem for me especially because I wanted to use it with Alarmed as a clock radio alarm.

My solution was to download KMPlayer, which I now use as the application to play internet radio stations called by Alarmed when I set it to wake me up. KMPlayer does not have the problem with shutting off, it just buffers & continues.

I found no solution to the problem with the stock internet radio player.

Another alternative to the stock internet radio player is the Internet Radio Player app in the repositories. It's got a nice interface & it's well-behaved.

Tried both applications that you mentioned and still the same. The radio keeps turning of after a while. Only when I am using the phone the radio is on all the time, but if I leave it after a while it turns off and I have to turn it on manually. Anyway thanks for trying.
