Ahoi,

i want to set off by telling you that i am not the most dvanced linux (debian) user. meaning i have used it on a desktop computer for very simple tasks and thats about it.

my problem is that i would like to run bittornado under easy debian on my n900.

when i try to install bittornado using the synaptic package manager, i get the following message:

not all changes and updates succeeded.

so i manually tried to install libgnome2-perl but it gave me the exact same message:

could someone maybe take me by the hand and walk me trough this?

These messages indicate that the locale settings are not correct, they have nothing to do with the current install you were performing.
