You can tap the screen to see the desktop if you go to
settings/ screen/ and disable lock screen automatically
If you put the time-out to 1 minute, the screen goes black
and you just tap to see it again, but there's no lock
Is that what you're looking for....

like a device lock - u have to type to enter the phone or ?

The default lock code is 12345.
You can change it but do not forget it !!!!
