I know this got addressed on another post but for some reason the search wouldn't open so I'm sorry for starting a new one.
I finally, after weeks of trying got my N800 to send mail. By chance I looked at the settings for my Vaio Micro PC and they were very different. My incoming mail was set to NONE on security with incoming e-mail port set to 110 and outgoing was set to NONE with outgoing e-mail port set to 25. Original settings were SSL at 995 and 465. I put the same settings on my N800 as the Vaio and it worked. You all probally figured this out already but I thought I'd give a heads up. Again, sorry for starting a new thread on this topic. This site rocks with all the info it provides, thanks.
