No, it's Pre-Beta 1 (beta1 being 1.2011.22-6), R&D mode is just a flag in CAL
Edit: Actually it seems post beta1 and pre beta2, an unreleased image.

No, it's Pre-Beta 1 (beta1 being 1.2011.22-6), R&D mode is just a flag in CAL

no-lifeguard-reset prevents reboots because of software (like what happened in the mt-toggles thread today).
no-omap-wd prevents the hardware WatchDog from rebooting the device if it isn't pinged (this was useful in N900 times to run a custom OS like Ubuntu without pinging the WD).

Man this sux... It had bookmarks in browser and it had n option for inputting a custom user agent in settings... Why did they change that!
