Hi to all, I deleted .macromedia folder, is this a problem ? And can you tell me what was there?! Thank you in advance.

No problem at all.
The folder will get created again, if you have any flash stuff loaded in the browser.

Tracking stuff of flash sites

That's where flash stores the site-dependent settings as well as the flash cookies.
