Check the output of "top" from the terminal to see what is happening or use Conky.
Truth be told, I had difficulties understanding your english.
Install backupmenu . Do a full backup of your system.

This video describes pretty same problem:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QpNl42RO6c
According to comments, this bug can be induced
1. By dirt on the back side of the touch screen
2. By broken digitizer
So, please tell me.
I got to go to the service center or i got to try cleaning up the screen?
If someone already cleaned up screen, please give me some links on good manuals.

While i was trying to install CSSU on my n900 i made mistake so decide to reinstall. As it was adviced i backuped previous n900 state using backupmenu. But here i failed too, while i using this software i choose 1 file for all 2 steps of backup. Botted n900. Than understand what i have done and make another backup with right condition of files.
Then tap pressing become calculating incorrectly. It working right only for ~25% (f.e. you can click on 1 direct point and scroll views when on desktop).
1. Calibrating - not helps
2. Reflashing COMBINED only - not helps
3. Reflashing Vanilla + Combined - not helps
Dunno what to do... Help please.
I discovered, that it can be sign of slow tablet work... Like when u entering general preferences (from main menu) and got to wait for 1-3 secs for starting work with it.
So while RAM* is not fully loaded, work is fine, but when u start to tap too fast this bug comes.
But anyway bug appeared after using backup menu.
Still waiting for advices.
