I couldn't seem to find a related thread.

I just got an N900 after trading my Iphone.
I absolutely love it, but i feel as though I'm missing some basic things. I've followed several guides and such and when it just seems like I'm getting a hang of the phone it slaps me in the face and says "No, You don't know what you're doing, idiot".

Anyway here are my current problems/gripes:

•The Default widgets tend to come back after i reboot the phone or mess with the theme.

•Since I've added the Extras Devel/Testing Repos I've had the opportunity to upgrade about half of the applications installed on the phone that I've downloaded recently. Unfortunately it gives me an error every time, it acts like it's about to download but it doesn't go though all the way. (I've also attempted though the terminal to update with no avail)

•Is there an updated FM Transmitter boost guide/method? seems like the FM Boost app doesn't seem to make much of a difference. I'm assuming i'm missing something,

I'm just going to assume that I can't get any help because their has been a previous thread relating to this.

Fm transmitter i think does not have antenna or.it is very small,
but for me hook it up to usb or plug the head phones works.
I dont think there is an app or script for it.

I tweaked the FM transmitter, and I managed to get a few things working.

I discovered the temp repos assuming they might work better than the maemo.org repo, but I can't seem to download anything. I can from maemo.org repo, but the temp repos have more up-to-date apps that I can't download. Not a big deal, but upsetting.

Now my number one complaint is I can't get any widgets to show up on my desktop.

I think it is something basic i'm missing. I remember at one point I got upset and tried adding like six widgets and after about 30 minutes, they all showed up at one, all on the first page. Which is alright, i was just happy they showed up. But after i rebooted my phone they disappeared and the calendar widget shows up again along with the OVI widgets. ugh..
