Twitter on my N9 has always seem to run extremely slow and it locks up a lot. Even with the update I still get bad performance out of it. Does anybody know how I can fix this?

There are excellent 3rd party apps for twitter like qneptunea tweetian and rocket for the N9. Just forget the built in client.

I heard about rocket but I ant find it n the app store for some reason.

One of the things I found, probably by accident, is that I can delete the Twitter cache database (cache folder then data folder) and that improves things for a while. Whole device seemed to be much better after I did that. I've only done it twice though and don't know the long term effects.

Thanks guys so how do I go about buying apps on my N9 I'm in the US and there seems to be issues with paying for apps.

Personally the only way I can get it to work is by paying on phone bill. Your operator can charge for this, though.
