Currently that is probably the GPE Pim suite though synchronisation is rather unreliable at present.

isnt it better to use sites like google calender and "remember the milk" direct instead of ending up in the syncronization swamp.

Yeah, but what happens if you're somewhere without wifi? it's quite inconvenient waiting for your phone to connect, Google Calendar to squeeze down the GPRS link and then restart MicroB after it usually crashes.

It hardly satsifies the "Bob, what are you doing next tuesday morning?" type queries. The Palm was so good at this - one button press to see my calendar.

Well, Date Book, which is built-in in Garnet VM could do the trick, if it's Palm behaviour you want. The Calendar app in my Palm T3 is the main reason I'm still carrying it around. But I don't synch, I carry the T3 all the time so there wouldn't be any use.

GPE calendar and GPE todo did not meet my needs. So, after years of using a Palm, I'm trying to use an online calendar. Yahoo! Calendar works well. It loads quickly and entering events and tasks is quick and easy. Save the page (daily, weekly, event list, whatever) for offline viewing. I paid $20 to get rid of the ads.

When was the last time you tried GPE calendar and todo? They've improved a lot recently - the 2.8 release was good, and the nightly builds since then are also very good. I've synced it with my desktop, with the instructions linked in my signature ( http://cleardefinition.com/page/Sync...d_GPE_on_N800/ ). Works great for me, though of course YMMV.

the GPE ToDo program crashes in OS 2008 when you try to create categories.

I use GPE calander to read my Google Calander using ICAL.

But I don't seem to be able to get GPE to upload to Google Calendar - is this possible?
